Social Media and Digital Assistants
Working as part of the Sales and Marketing team you’ll have outstanding social media knowledge and be instrumental in driving exceptional customer service along with the delivery of digital marketing tasks. We want someone to be passionate about our customers and offer timely and informative responses, always going the extra mile.
You’ll need to handle complaints and find solutions, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction. In return you’ll have the opportunity to support on our social strategy and other digital activities. You will be responsible for encouraging positive customers to leave reviews, and for engaging in other relevant conversations to build awareness. Staying close to emerging social media advancements and competitor activity, whilst analysing customer service performance, you’ll recommend improvements to help deliver our business objectives.
This is a hands-on role working to deliver high quality customer service to improve our presence, reputation, and brand. The ideal candidate will have exposure to social media and customer services, past experience of customer services within social platforms will make you stand out.
