Job Purpose:

To work as part of an integrated team that provides marketing, communications and business development services to the CI business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the delivery of the firm’s social media and digital strategy - key focus on roll out of CSR, recruitment and business campaigns

• Management of data analytics/reports to measure coverage and success of digital campaigns

• Upkeep of the external KPMG CI website

• Day today management of the internal communications portal

• Drafting of internal communications to support M&M and HR teams

• Provide ad hoc administration support to the marketing and HR teams

Accountabilities:

• Production and day to day management of the firm’s social media scheduler – to manage, create and deliver the broad portfolio of business, CSR and recruitment campaigns

• Production of quarterly social media reports

• Responsible for the LinkedIn Alumni platform – coordination of content and campaigns.

• Management of Alumni community updates and support for external events

• Support the roll out of recruitment campaigns across all social media channels

• Roll out of ad hoc social media training across the business – enforcing good governance and adherence of the firm’s SM policies

• Creation and update of the firm’s external website

• Support the M&M and HR teams with internal communications - to contribute to the development and day-to-day administration, design and development of the KPMG M&M internal portal pages

Qualifications and experience

• A marketing/digital qualification or 2 years in industry in a pure digital marketing role

• Experience of websites and online platforms

• Good communication/written skills
