Profile of role:

An exciting role contributing to the growth and development of Healthspan by enabling clear and consistent measurement of SLAs and revenue. Proactively manage data and ensure consistent, quality and compliant data capture and maintenance.
Become a fully flexible and active member of the Systems team, running projects and driving change in all areas.

The role is challenging: it will be interacting with a wide variety of people at all levels, and require flexibility, adaptability and the ability to prioritise your work. You will apply customer centric and data quality standards to all projects.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will learn and document the end to end process and data flows between Healthspan’s core operation systems: Mobile NutriCoach app, Healthspan website, Nav (customer, procurement, finance system), Single Customer View Database and Adobe Campaign.

  • You will use this knowledge to determine impact across systems of new system or process changes, or business initiatives.

  • You will document Business Requirements as prioritised by your manager including functional requirements, cost benefit analysis and cross system impact analysis. This information will be used to within a wider resource planning process with IT management team to approve and plan in these changes. Once approved this will include identifying success criteria, a test plan and any change management.

We are a small team so this will be a hands-on role requiring you in some cases to carry out key testing, reconciliation and/or facilitate the end business users to do so.

  • Your role will also include process analysis to identify enhancements to increase productivity and reduce customer friction. These initiatives will go through a BA and periodisation process.

  • Training will be given on SQL (and Excel if required) to help you in your role.

  • Contribute to the project to transform Healthspan operations and systems and provide the spring

    board for growth.

    The Individual:

    Do you enjoy challenges and solving problems? Are you capable of clear, concise analysis and simple, effective solutions?
    Do you enjoy working on a variety of projects within a lively and enthusiastic team?
    The role would suit an individual with strong SQL reporting abilities, reporting development experience, business analysis or project management experience with a strong understanding of data and analytics.

    Essential criteria:

    • Experience of analysis, project management and problem solving

    • A can do, hands-on attitude; keen to learn on the job and take responsibility

    • Excellent listening, organisation and written communication skills

      Desirable criteria:

    • MatchIT or other data cleansing software

    • Some logistics/operations/procurement understanding/exposure

      Healthspan has staff in several UK and CI sites. This role is based at the Healthspan head office located in the Grange, St Peter Port, but some travel may be required.
