A well-established managed IT services provider is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technician to join its technical support team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base while playing a key part in delivering exceptional IT services.
Working as a senior member of the service desk, you will provide high-quality 2nd line support, taking ownership of complex technical issues through to resolution. You will act as the first escalation point for junior technicians, ensuring tickets are managed efficiently, service levels are maintained, and clients receive clear, professional communication throughout. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, risk identification, and continuous service improvement.
The successful candidate will have several years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Windows 11, and core security principles. You will also support and mentor colleagues, contribute to operational best practices, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
