Supporting the Change Team within the Guernsey Branch, the Data & Business Analyst will deliver BAU activities, operational change, and process improvement.
You’ll help shape the business by utilising AI and robotics to drive efficiencies and improve processes, while monitoring and managing incoming requests to the Change Team to help prioritise workload. You will also assist with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis, ensuring outputs are complete, accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a curious mindset and a willingness to challenge existing processes. Our client is seeking a graduate with a relevant degree (e.g. Computer Science or a digital/technology-related field), or someone with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
